Individual Therapy
50 minutes- $150
In a one-on -one setting, I aim to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to explore, reflect, and challenge yourself. Treatment is individualized and specific to your needs, wants, and goals. My role as therapist is to support your self discovery and create a balance between grace and accountability.

Relationship Therapy
60 minutes- $180
In a relational setting, I aim to provide a safe and validating space for partners to engage in healthy communication, emotional expression, and connection. My role as therapist is to model and provide applicable skills and tools to utilize in your day to day life with others.

Family Therapy
60 minutes- $180
In a family setting, I aim to improve relational functioning among family members. By exploring dynamics, communication, and behaviors that may not be beneficial to the family unit. My role as therapist is to join the family in creating healthier more adaptive communication styles and behaviors to illicit courageous change.
